3. Return Process

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Please do not send items back without authorization.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost or offer a refund.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Order Cancellations
